Biography

Wang Hemin, male, ethnic Han, is a native of Shanghe of Shandong Province. He was born in February 1954, and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is a postgraduate of Party School of the Central Committee of CPC, majoring in Legal Theories and Comparative Law. He started his career in December 1968.

Mr. Wang has served successively as Secretary, Assistant Procurator, Deputy Division Director and Procurator of the People’s Procuratorate of Beijing, Deputy Procurator-General of the People’s Procuratorate of Shijingshan District of Beijing, Staff, Deputy Division Director and Division Director of the Department of Case Trial of the Ministry of Supervision, Deputy Director and Director of the Office of Case Trial of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (he was appointed vice minister level director in November 2003)

In May 2006, he was appointed Vice Minister of Commerce in Charge of Discipline Inspection and member of the CPC Leadership Group of the Ministry of Commerce.
